__DW What is your name? How old are you and where do you live?

● S I'm Sarah, I'm 22 (soon to be 23!) and I live in quiet beach town in Southern California.

__DW Where would you love to live?

● S I grew up in New York and absolutely hated the cold weather. I always dreamt of living in a warm climate, so I packed up belongings and moved to California as soon as I graduated high school. I think I'll be staying here for a long time!

__DW Since when you created your blog?

● S I started my blog in the summer of 2009.

__DW Is your style personal or is it inspired by what is already out there? Where do you get your ideas from?

● S I'm inspired most by the 60's and 70's. Blogs are another huge source of inspiration for me because I love seeing how real people interpret trends. Magazines create an ideal that's hard to live up to or mimic.

__DW Is it important for your to look your best and to be dressed well for every occasion, even if it is ut to go and get the bread?

● S Definitely not. As I've gotten older I've become more accepting and learned it's okay to not be made-up for everything. Plus, errands are hard to run in six inch heels...

__DW Who is your favorites designer?

● S A few of my current favorites are Alexander Wang, Elizabeth and James and Anna Sui.

__DW What is your favorite material?

● S I'm obsessed with velvet. I'm currently on the hunt for the perfect velvet dress.

__DW If you were a bag, you would be ...?

● S Black and studded!

__DW If you had to chose only one paire of shoes what would it be?

● S That's a hard one. I'd have to go with an amazing pair of wedges. Height and comfort all in one.

__DW Who would qualify to be an icon?

● S Kate Moss and Edie Sedgwick are my personal style icons, hands down.

__DW Your ideal female or male would have what style? what would he/she be wearing?

● S I'm not picky about what a man wears to be honest. I do however, LOVE curly hair. That is a must for me.

● S Fashion Trend Guide, TMZ, Previously Inaudible, Fashiontoast, Love More, Live Love LA, Squarectomy. The list goes on and on!

● S Wear your clothes, don't let them wear you.
