DW__Who is Tamara?
I am Tamara, full time fashion blogger at theglamandglitter.com
I am not that good at talking about myself, but I love fashion and I share my outfits on the blog daily with girls around the world. By diploma I am a pharmacist, but one that is more dedicated to fashion and enjoying life, than anything else.
I was in university when I decided I wanted to create a little online fashion community where I will be able to meet other girls interested in fashion and share ideas and outfits with them. This was over 4 years ago and it was the best decision of my life.
My blog is an online corner for fashion, beauty and inspiration. Place where I like to share what I love, wear and exchange ideas with my readers.
Fashion is form of art. Just like a painter decides which colours to use and what type of paint, thats how we decide what colours to put on the day, depending on the mood, or event, materials, length, its all a game and a creative process.
My style is mix of classic and trend always with a bit of colour.I like feminine look, and even if I wear ripped boyfriend jeans I would add something feminine to it.
Its hard for me to decide which period is most significant, but this period is for sure most comfortable, and most amazing because there are no rules. I find myself so lucky to live in this era.
Fashion blogging is a phenomenon that is changing the industry, marketing, design and many other aspects of clothes making and selling. Its just incredible to imagine what kind of influence bloggers have, but I am very grateful to have it as a job, because I love it so much.
I know that many blogs have huge reach, bigger than most magazines, not even to mention the fast that they are free. There will always be space for both in the industry, print is huge, because people like to have magazine in their hands to flick through and put on the coffee table. Blogs will be something you go through on your phone or tablet in the bed or when online shopping.
I think my goals. I have many goals, and dreams that are rely big. They inspire me and motivate me to work as hard as possible. Besides that I get fashion inspiration everywhere i look, on the streets, magazines, fashion blogs...
I don't believe in icons as such, but I think it should be someone who is giving a good example not only on how to look good, but also how to feel good in your own skin and how to be amazing person not just a beautiful one.
Trendy, classy and interesting. I love classy women, specially if they are clever and classy its a perfect match. I really love Grace Kelly type of woman, sophisticated yet so much more than an icon.
I think Valentino rock studs, they are in beige and go with absolutely everything.
Currently if we are talking fashion it would be: Ripped boyfriend jeans, printed jacket and Chanel Boy bag.
